Winter Health
February 5, 2014Valentine’s Day
February 10, 2014Well, Punxsatawney Phil has spoken. (Well, he didn't actually say anything. He just saw his shadow and hid.) But we're still going to have 6 more weeks of winter. That means that you have plenty of time to work on some winter projects. And snow days give you more down time to make progress.
So what projects might you want to finish this winter? Here are some suggestions:
- Finally watch all the shows you've DVRed.
- Read through the stack of magazines that you've been meaning to get to.
- Organize drawers, cabinets, or closets.
- Scan photos and make sure you have them backed up.
- Finish a craft project.
- Do your mending.
- Inventory your house and yard to see what repairs and improvements you want to make when the weather improves.
- Plan your garden.
- Prune your files and shred what you don't need anymore.
- Get started on your taxes.
- Back up computer files.
- Write letters.
- Make homemade broth.
What do YOU want to accomplish this winter?
