What’s Necessary?

June 20, 2014You all know that I'm a big fan of routines. If you don't remember, use the search function to see how often I've blogged about it!
add some things, subtract others, shift things around. I find that summer is a great time to tweak your routine. The added daylight and good weather give me energy. And, even though it's really not true, there is an illusion that I have more time available. Also, it gives you some time out of the school year pace to get into the groove of a new routine. After all, routines don't develop overnight.
Beginning next Monday, I'm hoping to change my routine a bit. I want to shift more activity — including exercise — to earlier in my day, so taht I go to work with something already accomplished and have more open time for reading, crafts, and social events in the evening. It will take a while to shift my body clock, but we'll see how it goes.
