Planning for Mother’s Day

May 11, 2011So, I've been away for a bit. I had to do some travel for work. The meetings had me on the run from 7 am until 9 pm. Not a lot of spare moments with Internet access! And I've been avoiding getting Internet access on my phone because I do not want my days ruled by technology.
Added to that, I've begun a new training regimen in preparation for a midsummer race. It means almost daily workouts and a change in the way I eat and rest. The new intentionality will be good, but it will take time and effort to get used to it.
Still, I'll try my best to keep blogging on weekdays as much as possible.
