You might try going to bed a half hour earlier tonight and tomorrow, waking up a half hour earlier the next morning. This will help you ease into the time change during the work week.
we will have more sunlight in the evenings since the sun won't set until after 7 p.m., but it will rise after 7 a.m. So you're more likely to be starting your day while it's still dark. You may have shift your routine to move outdoor activities back to the evening for a month or so.
And give yourself a break this week. The time change is disorienting and it's tough to make up for the loss of sleep.
