Today is the summer solstice– the longest day and the shortest night of the year. 

This weekend, take a bit of time to enjoy the bounty of the natural world.  Sit in the sun.  Take a moon bath.  Stop by a farmer's market and eat freshpicked fruit warmed by the sun.

Do whatever it takes to appreciate the majesty and wonder of Mother Nature.
