I generally find it easier to set aside large blocs of time during the summer. That allows me to make progress on some larger projects:

• Good weather makes summer a great time to tackle outdoor projects, like gardening, landscaping, and exterior painting.
• Home ec type projects like canning and sewing.
• If you like to give homemade cards or gifts for Christmas, some dedicated crafting time in the summer is a great head start.
• Sorting and decluttering your home storage space.
• Organizing and labelling photos (scanning them if necessary).
