Summer Pacing

May 20, 2015Today's post is just some last tasks for your summer planning:
- If you haven't done it already, you should switch out your winter clothes with your summer clothes. Out go the boots, sweaters, and heavy coats. In go the sandals, sundresses, shorts, and light jackets. Remember – clean things before you store them and never store things you no longer wear. What waste the space?
- It's worth it to invest in a few plastic tubs to hold summer gear: sports equipment, swimming accessories, tote bags, sunglasses, sunscreen, and bug spray, etc. You don't want to waste a minute of the beautiful weather trying to find a rogue baseball mitt.
- And for days when the weather isn't so great, it's helpful to have a rainy day plan in place: games that can be played inside, simple craft projects. an easy to-do list, a stack of books or magazines, a recipe or two to try, a movie or two to watch. Summer is short. Don't waste even the rainy days!
