New Year’s Resolutions

January 5, 2015New Year – New Opportunities
Since it's entirely possible that yesterday was lost to sleep, football, and celebration, today is a great day to make sure that you start the new year off right. Try taking these three simple steps:
1) Reread this year's resolutions (or write them if you haven't gotten to it yet) and then post the list somewhere that you will encounter it regularly.
2) Take one action today to fulfill a resolution and schedule one future activity.
3) Make notes on your calendar (digital or paper) for regular resolution check-ins — at least once a quarter. On each of those check-in dates, repeat steps 1 and 2.
