April 16, 2018Now that the weather is better, it’s important to get outside and to be active.
- The sun rises earlier and sets later, so you can take time before or after work for a brisk walk.
- Doing gardening or other yard work is great exercise. Seriously, moving bags of mulch and spreading them out is just weighted squats.
- Beating rugs, mopping floors, moving furniture, doing outdoor repairs — all of them burn calories while they make your house look better!
- On weekends, take a bike ride or ride your bike on errands.
- Join a team: softball, kickball, beach volleyball, etc.
Whatever you choose, get off the couch and move.
