We are still snowed in here with work cancelled for the day.  Hopefully, we can go in tomorrow because they are calling for still more snow tomorrow night into Wednesday.

I had a very lazy weekend, getting lots of rest and spending lots of time with the dog.  I also took care of a few tasks I've been meaning to get to for a while.  I cooked my favorite pasta sauce and made my first ever batch of snow cream (combining fresh snow with condensed milk and vanilla).

Was I as productive as I might have been? No.  But I do feel rested and ready to head back to my routine.
