I've lost mine.  Have you seen it, by any chance?

I've been working to find some balance in my life between planning and being spontaneous, between being productive and playing.  Finding balance is always a challenge.  You have to keep the core tight and find the sweet spot, carefully distributing tasks and hopes, emotions and ideas.  While you look for balance, things can get a bit wobbly.  Hence the impatience.

All you can do is keep trying.
