July 31, 2017Keeping with the theme of "one," here's another helpful practice to try out over the next few weeks. Each day, try to make one better choice. A better choice is healthier, kinder, more loving. more productive. Here are some examples:
- Choose fruit instead of a cookie as dessert.
- Go for a walk instead of watching tv or videos on your phone.
- Call an old friend or someone who could use cheering up.
- Skip the coffee and donate what you would have spent.
- Let someone else go first.
- Don't escalate the argument.
- Don't post the snarky comment.
- Don't hit the snooze button.
