January 24, 2018New Year's Day was three weeks ago. Somehow it seems longer, doesn't it?
But that means it's a good time to take a new look at your new year's resolutions (or goals). That's why you wrote them down! Read through your resolutions and see if you want to tweak any of them. Maybe you have discovered that you'll need more time for something or that something else was too easy.
Be honest. Have you even started thinking about how you will implement your resolutions of achieve your goals? What steps have you taken? Do you have plans or a schedule?
The most difficult part of any resolution is the first step, so this week, take at least one concrete step to keeping your resolutions or achieving your goal.
You can't go back. You can only go forward.
