October 17, 2012As we finish the first month of fall, I start planning my menus for Thanksgiving dinner (which I'm hosting) and for my Christmas party (7 sweets and 7 savories).
I always find menu planning a challenge, even though both menus are basically set by tradition. I want to give people something familiar, but I don't want to be boring. I like to change up something every year to keep things interesting. Plus, I need to account for preparation time and oven space.
So, if you have any suggestions for savory appetizers, fun Christmas desserts, or interesting Thanksgiving side dishes, I'd love to hear from you!
