April 28, 2010Now that the weather is better, it's important to get outside and to be active.
- The sun rises early and sets late, so you can take ime before or after work for a brisk walk.
- Doing gardening or other yard work is great exercise.
- On weekends, take a bike ride or ride your bike on errands.
- Take advantage of the warm weather to go swimming.
- Make your time with friends active time: go for a walk, play tennis, go canoing, etc.
- Join a tean: softball, kickball, beach volleyball, etc.
Whatever you choose, get off the couch and move.
