April 7, 2010One of the best things about the change of seasons is that, in the next few weeks, grocery stores and farmer's markets and farm stands will again be filled with produce fresh from the earth.
When it's so easy to get juicy berries, crisp greens, succulent peaches, crunchy sweet peas, and the like, it's easy to eat healthy.
So this spring, make a place in your menus for the fresh produce of the season. Try to have something fresh at every meal — berries at breakfast, a salad at lunch, extra veggies at dinner. You may never want to go back to processed food (except chocolate!)
