Last week, I posted about my Easter brunch.  Over the weekend, I did the basic cleaning that was necessary to prepare my house.

This week, I need to develop my grocery list and plan my day-to-day schedule.  That's the key to any kind of major entertaining.  Break the tasks into smaller pieces and do a bit at a time.  That way, you'll never be overwhelmed.
