April 18, 2011I'll be hosting Easter brunch this year. Here's the menu I have planned:
Glazed boneless ham
Quiche (spinach and cheese, roasted red pepper and asparagus, quiche Lorraine)
Green salad
Pasta salad
Ambrosia
Devilled eggs
Hot cross buns
Chocolate nut eggs
Cherry cheesecake
Meyer lemon tart with lavendar whipped cream
Mimosas
I may decide against the hot cross buns and replace it with a fruit salad as a healthier option.
