National Defrost Your Turkey Day
November 17, 2018Black Friday Shopping
November 21, 2018Since Thanksgiving is this Thursday, it’s a light week on the Christmas preparations. It’s more important to celebrate the holidays that are here than to prepare for the ones that are coming.
But if you are looking for something to occupy your time while you watch football or try to digest that third piece of pie:
- Keep working on any crafting you have yet to complete. Instead of fighting the crowds on Black Friday, stay home and make something!
- Keep working on your cards. You don’t want to mail them before December 1st, but it’s more fun if you do a bit at a time.
- Find your Christmas music or make a new playlist.
- Make sure you have your gift lists finished so that you can take advantage of Black Friday and Cyber-Monday sales.
- You might want to get your Christmas decorations out and start decorating slowly. For example, if the weather is good, you can put up outside lights. Or you can start decorating one room at a time.
