(Almost) each week in 2012, I’ll post an Activity of the Week. They won’t be huge things, just something to move you in a different direction or give you a new perspective or shake things up in some way.
Here’s the Activity for Week 28: Check your voter registration to make sure you are still rehistered, that you know where your polling place is, and to learn if your state has any identification requirements. If you need to vote by absentee ballot, apply now, while you’re thinking about. People die for the right to vote. Don’t disregard their sacrifice.
Accountability: I am still behind. I still need to read an unfamiliar newspaper and visit a farmstand. I did get to spend some time outside, running an evening 5k.
