I just need to rant for a moment.  One of my local radio stations has already gone over to all holiday music all the time.  Except for news, weather, and traffic, it’s holiday music 24/7.

It isn’t Thanksgiving yet!  Yes, I encourage people to plan early for the holidays, but if you start celebrating now, you’ll be tired of the music and celebration by mid-December.  Why can’t we enjoy Thanksgiving before we start celebrating what’s next?  Does our Christmas celebration need to end as the calendar moves to December 26th?

Enjoy the moments as they arise.  We don’t need to rush them or wish them away once they are here.  Take them as they come and love them for what they are.  And hold on to the joy!
